In order to broadcast your speeches live, we set up a personalized television set and manage your national and international speakers.
This stage can be set up within your company or in an outside space (we can help you find a suitable location).
We will provide you with a web platform in the colours of your event where the visitor will be able to attend a plenary session and sub-committees live. The access can be free or paying according to your specifications.
As in a face-to-face meeting, participants will be able to exchange their business cards, discuss and send each other documents.
In order to make the presentation interactive, we will recommend Ice-Breaker tools (quizzes, musical blind tests, polls, votes ...) to include in your presentation.
Replays will be put online for a given period of time to allow those who could not connect to the live broadcast to have access to the information.
