* Venue Finder : Search for venues to host your event (with plenary and sub-committees) and for gala evening venues.
* Management of technical equipment for plenary sessions and sub-committees (sound, lighting, video projection, recording, translation booths, etc.).
* Creation and management of an online registration form in the colors of your event (with or without payment), automatic generation of invoices and participant lists.
* Organization of accommodation for participants and/or speakers: we negotiate the allocation of rooms for your event and allocate them as registrations come in. We give you the benefit of negotiated group rates and take care of communicating the rooming list with the hotel(s) hosting your participants. Airport transfers. Catering, including coffee breaks and lunches.
* Set-up and management of programs for accompanying persons (city tours, wellness services, etc.).
* Personalized welcome with hostesses, production and distribution of name badges.
* Signage (directional signs, partner stand plans, etc.)

Team Building can be used in a variety of ways: as part of a seminar to lighten the work atmosphere and get to know colleagues in a different way, as part of a staff day (with or without the family) organized by the Works Council, or as part of customer recognition and rewards.
The Team Building activity can be either challenging (we emphasize the group's competitive spirit) or nonchallenging (we work towards a common goal of sharing), over a half-day or a full day.

All VIP packages include:
